  • Spearheaded the architectural design and end-to-end development of Altur One, a core Flutter mobile application for a new enterprise-level ERP system. Engineered a scalable infrastructure supporting complex Business Process Management (BPM) workflows for procurement and HR.
  • Played a pivotal role in the architecture and mobile development of Altur WayPoint, a multi-faceted shuttle service platform. Implemented features for real-time vehicle tracking, user reservations, and operational dashboards for back-office and driver management.
  • Led the full-cycle development of Altur School, a mobile application for school transportation management. Delivered a feature-rich solution including student registration, live tracking, and secure payment gateway integration.
  • Engineered a reusable, high-performance Flutter map package using OpenStreetMap (OSM), significantly reducing development time for the WayPoint and Okul apps. The package features live tracking, geocoding search, and dynamic routing capabilities.
  • Drove R&D for a proprietary routing engine using PostgreSQL/PostGIS and OSM data, creating a cost-effective alternative to third-party APIs like Google Maps.
